Temecula
is centrally located approximately 15 miles inland from the Pacific Ocean, 85 miles southeast of Los Angeles. It's one of the fastest growing cities in California, and it's easy to see why when you experience all this entire city has to offer. Temecula Weather & Climate

The lush valley region located between Los Angeles and San Diego enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate. Elevations range from 1,175 feet in the east to 2,600 feet in the west. The weather is comparable to the Napa Valley in the northern part of the state, with warm, dry days and cool evenings. Located near the Pacific Ocean, the warm summer temperatures are often cooled by afternoon ocean breezes blowing in to the valley through gaps in the Santa Ana foothills. Although separated from the Pacific by the Santa Rosa Mountain rag, the Rainbow Gap funnels the mild beach climate into the valley. Mild wintertime temperatures average in the mid-60's. Yearly average rainfall is approximately 14 inches, and the air quality is consistently better than that of surrounding communities.
